Feingold Now To Oppose Mukasey

Talking Points Memo is now reporting that Sen. Feinstein (D-CA) issued a statement today saying that she has changed her mind on Mukasey and will oppose his confirmation. Good news if he continues to refuse to oppose waterboarding.
